📦 Return & Refund Policy

At Pura Vida Pastures, we take pride in delivering the highest quality halal, pasture-raised poultry. Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us.

❌ Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the time of delivery to maintain product quality and safety.

💸 Refunds & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or otherwise compromised, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • You contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

  • You provide photo evidence of the issue (damaged packaging, spoiled product, etc.)

  • The package was delivered on time and properly received

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Orders that were not collected or received on delivery

  • Packages delayed due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues beyond our control

  • Customer dissatisfaction with cuts, weight, or natural variations in pasture-raised poultry
