Pura Vida Pastures operates a direct-to-consumer halal poultry business, selling pasture-raised meat products to customers located in Virginia only. Our products are processed by hand, in accordance with halal standards.

2. Eligibility

To purchase from our website, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Reside in the state of Virginia

  • Agree to provide accurate and complete order information

3. Product Information

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities(within reason), or cancel orders if stock becomes unavailable.

Due to the nature of pasture-raised farming, weights and cuts may vary slightly.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only within the state of Virginia. You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address. We are not liable for:

  • Delays or issues caused by the carrier

  • Missed deliveries due to customer absence

  • Spoilage resulting from delayed collection

5. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products.
Refunds or replacements are offered only in cases of:

  • Damaged packaging

  • Spoiled products upon arrival

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Payment must be made in full at checkout using accepted payment methods. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or if fraud is suspected.

You agree not to use our site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. This includes tampering, data mining, or any behavior that interferes with normal site functionality.
